Welcome to XPERT PRINTS. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Overview

XPERT PRINTS provides professional digital services including:

  • Embroidery Digitizing
  • Vector Artwork Conversion
  • Custom Patch Design (digital files)

All services are delivered as digital files unless otherwise specified.

2. Order Process

  • Clients must provide clear instructions and source files (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF).
  • Order details (size, format, stitch count, colors, etc.) must be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Once an order is confirmed, work will begin based on the provided requirements.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is typically 4–24 hours, depending on complexity.
  • Urgent orders may be accommodated upon request.
  • Delays caused by incomplete instructions or revisions are not our responsibility.

4. Revisions Policy

  • We offer free minor revisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Major changes (e.g., design concept changes after completion) may incur additional charges.
  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary based on design complexity, size, and turnaround time.
  • Full payment is required before final file delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are securely processed via Paddle or other authorized payment methods.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.
  • Refunds may be issued only if:
    • The order has not yet been started, or
    • We are unable to deliver the requested service

7. File Delivery

  • Final files are delivered via email or download link.
  • Supported formats include (but are not limited to): DST, PES, EMB, AI, EPS, SVG, PDF.
  • Clients are responsible for verifying compatibility with their machines/software.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Clients must have the legal right to use any artwork submitted to XPERT PRINTS.
  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in client-provided designs.
  • XPERT PRINTS reserves the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client files and information are treated as confidential.
  • We do not share or resell customer designs to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • XPERT PRINTS is not liable for:
    • Any production issues arising from incorrect machine settings
    • Damages caused by improper use of digitized files
  • Clients are responsible for testing files before full production.

11. Prohibited Content

We do not accept or process designs that include:

  • Illegal content
  • Hate speech or offensive material
  • Copyrighted material without authorization

12. Communication

  • All communication should be done via official email: submit@xpertprints.com
  • Clear communication ensures faster and more accurate delivery.

13. Modifications to Terms

XPERT PRINTS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable international business practices and the laws of Pakistan.
